Who hasn’t been getting enough sleep lately? Or the right quality of sleep? I hear you!​

Of course, sleep has everything to do with our overall well-being. It impacts our heart health, concentration, how we handle stress and anxiety, and our immune system – something really important right now.

Join me for a Sleep workshop via Thrive Online. I’ll share tips on preparing for a good night sleep and take you through a practice that includes:

  • Gentle asana to release tension and calm the central nervous system.
  • Pranayama (breathing) to calm and quiet the mind.
  • Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation to reach a deep state of relaxation. (Twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra is often compared to four hours of sleep.)
  • The gentle sound of the Koshi bells.

For this session, please set up your room with soft lighting and have a few blankets and/or a bolster ready.
