- Gentle asana to release tension and calm the central nervous system.
- Pranayama (breathing) to calm and quiet the mind.
- Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation to reach a deep state of relaxation. (Twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra is often compared to four hours of sleep.)
