IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL:
- Learn how the many benefits of yoga can help address common age-related issues including strength and flexibility, balance, range of motion, bone health-related concerns (reverse or prevent osteoporosis), stress, memory and brain health, and overall well-being.
- Practice yoga postures, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to enjoy life’s moments.
Use of props and modifications are encouraged as needed. I will share instruction on how to adapt poses to your own body needs. This is for active seniors who can generally get up and off of a mat. A chair can be provided for assistance getting up and down.
