A fabulous community of active seniors comes together every Monday to connect mind, body and breath. In this 8-week series you’ll:
- Learn how the many benefits of yoga can help address common age-related issues including strength and flexibility, balance, range of motion, bone health-related reverse or prevent osteoporosis, stress, memory and brain health and overall well being.
- Practice on mats, with yoga postures, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to help breathe and enjoy life’s moments.
- Use of props (towels, blankets, belts can be used at home) and modifications are encouraged as needed.
