The Power of Breath In These Uncertain Times.

As humans, we take in over 18,000 breaths every single day yet, as an involuntary function of our bodies, we often take breath for granted. Did you know that the breath can be a powerful force in controlling moods, emotions, energy levels, brain function, organ function, and overall well-being? And then there’s the core work! There are many ways to change and manipulate the breath to create a shift you may need at any given time.

In this workshop, specifically designed for the world we’re living in right now, you’ll learn breath techniques to help:

  1. Find calm
  2. Gain focus
  3. Get better quality sleep
  4. Boost energy
  5. Exercise the lungs
