Jane Stelboum will return to share more tools of yoga for body and mind. As always, she’ll take us through breath and meditation techniques to find calm and de-stress, plus she’ll teach a practice to help find better balance and minimize risk of falls. Dress comfortably and come prepared to move. Poses can be done in and around your chairs. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
